I would love to give this book 5 stars. However, I have two major issues. First, the information given constantly refers to YouTube videos. I’m glad the videos exist but it would be nice to have some of the content in the book, or at the very least, a QR code directing me to the exact video so that you can easily find and reference without having to search.At the end of the book there is a page regarding the “Bobby Approved” app. The information states that it can be found in the Apple Store or Google Play Store. I have not been able to locate the app and even sent a message to Bobby asking for direction. No response this far.I do think the book has a lot of good content and he has been a great resource for thinking differently about food and the consumption of food.I would have just liked more content in the book and a way to easily reference the materials that are external. All I can say is Bobby and Dessi and sweet baby Rose have been my saving grace this past year. I have learned so much about health and wellness and their cookbook confirms their love and knowledge for healthy living. This book is just as fabulous as their first keto cookbook. I am raising a big family of 8 and Bobby has inspired me to stay the course on my health journey and incorporate that lifestyle for my family. It’s the simple things! This book needs to be on everyone’s kitchen counter. I made Dessi’s honey cookies the first night i had the book, DIVINE and easy. Bon appétit!
